Smart Billing Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2005 by Gina Thatcher. Gina is the sole owner and operator of Smart Billing Solutions. Gina started her medical billing career in 2002, just two short years after her high school graduation. Gina began as a customer care representative at Yosemite Medical Supply in 2002 and was given medical billing tasks in her spare time. Medical billing came naturally to her and she excelled from there.
Gina loves what she does. She loves a challenge. Many providers seek a medical billing service after their in-house biller fails them. An in-house biller receives a paycheck and makes money by being in a providers office. Smart Billing Solutions, Inc. doesn't make money unless the provider makes money. We strive for excellence in everything we do! Smart Billing Solutions, Inc. will work diligently to collect old account receivables (A/R) left by previous billers. If a claim is denied we will do anything and everything to get the denial overturned and the provider paid as fast as possible.
