Consultation
During your consultation we will discuss your billing needs. I will review your current billing software and address any specific billing concerns you have. I will answer any questions you have about my services. I will review your superbill template, patient demographic intake and any other billing forms you have. I will request a list of insurance companies you are contracted with. I will also request to see your production revenue reports for the last several months.
After the consultation I will create a contract detailing the terms and services we agree upon.
Smart Billing Solutions, Inc. requests that you agree to an initial 90 day service agreement only. We want you to be happy with our services and are confident you will be. We ask for the initial 90 days because that is a length of time that we can really show you what we can do for your practice. After the initial 90 days, either party can terminate the contract with a written 30 day notice.
